Beginning of School Class Change Information
Senior Class Changes will be done for free DURING Senior CCRs. Please schedule your Senior CCR appointment at http://www.thundercounseling.org/contact.html
Dates of Senior CCRs- July 22nd to August 2nd
*Please note: No class changes, including online, will be made after August 16th As per R277-726-4 -6B, if a parent and student want an online class added after August 16th, it will be added on top of a full schedule.
Junior Class Changes
August 8th- (no class change fee will be charged on this date only)

Sophomore Class Changes
August 9th (no class change fee will be charged on this date only)

Students Wanting a class change at a quarter break, will need to:

Class Changes During School
Students wanting more than 2 online
*Please note: No class changes, including online, will be made after January 8th. As per R277-726-4 -6B, if a parent and student want an online class added after January 8th, it will be added on top of a full schedule.

- Wait for a phone call from a counselor
- Changes will be made over the phone

- If a student wants 3 or more classes online, the student must bring a parent and meet with a counselor in-person.

- Meet with their counselor either before the quarter ends or in the first week after the break.
October 22nd-25th March 18th-21st - Fill out paperwork, which includes getting a signatures from the teacher whose class they are leaving, and teacher whose class they are joining
- Return form to counselor
- Pay class change fee
NOTE- Online classes are semester long classes, so there will be no online class changes at this time
